We are a friendly team that loves to share the art of Jiu-Jitsu. We offer a range of classes to suit most needs and skill levels.
Our Dunedin facility is fully equipped and includes areas for weights, bag work, and generous floor space for training. Whether it's for fitness, competition or self-defence, you'll have a great time, make new friends, and most of all have fun.
